Is the employee app really free?
Yes. Employees and managers using the mobile app to view schedules and submit time-off never see a subscription prompt. Only the business owner's desktop subscription is paid.
What happens to my staff data?
Staff profiles, wages, and availability stay stored locally on your device — never on RotaHub's servers. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time from the Stripe billing portal, accessible via Settings → Manage Subscription in the desktop app.
